There comes a season in a woman’s life when she begins to ask deeper questions: Who am I now? What do I truly want? And what do I want the rest of my life to look like?
I understand this season personally. After spending decades navigating motherhood, relationships, personal challenges, identity, and the many expectations placed on women, I reached a point where I had to make an intentional decision to reclaim my own life. I had to rediscover who I was beyond my responsibilities, release versions of myself that no longer aligned with me, and give myself permission to evolve.
Now, at 51, I am intentionally reclaiming and creating a life that reflects the woman I am today—not the woman I was expected to remain. I am living proof that it is never too…
